T he fateshwar mahadev temple was established in 1955 ti is came from as a peace of stone .The fateshwar temple was rebuilt in1959 with the help of shree pragatnahji. In 1965 shree swami charanandji declare him self as as priest of temple he established sanyasi asram in fateshwar.and then in1969 he got the god. in1981 swami charanandji gone in to the caves for rebuilt his power near the river narmada and then in 1984 he came again in fateshwar. In 1984 swamiji rebuilt the temple with the help of reliance. durining 1985 to 1988 swami charanandji stayed in amarkantak turiya asram and got the help of god. In fateshvar there was aastvakramaun kutir was built in 1988.

- at:arena ta:mangrol dis:junagadh વેરાવળ હાઇવે પર આરેણા પાસે આવેલ ફતેશ્વર મહાદેવ મંદિરનું પ્રાગટ્ય ઇ.સ. 1955 માં થયું છે.જે ખંડિત મૂર્તિ હતીં ઇ.સ.1959 માં શ્રી પ્રગટનાથજીના હસ્તે પ્રાણ પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરવા માં આવી ઇ.સ.1965 માં પૂ.સ્વામી ગુરુચરણાનંદ તીર્થ ફતેશ્વરમાં બિરાજમાન થયા અને તેમણે ફતેશ્વર સંન્યાસ આશ્રમની સ્થાપના કરી.અને તેમણે અનેક સાધનાઓ કરી. ફતેશ્વર મહાદેવના મંદિર માં મહાશિવરાત્રીના દિવસે મહાપૂજા થાય છે શ્રાવણી અમાસના દિવસે બિલીપત્રથી મહાપૂજા થાય છે તેમજ લીલા નાળિયેરનો શિવજી પર અભિષેક કરવામા આવે છે.ઋષિપંચમીના દિવસે લોકમેળો યોજાય છે..
